    All sales are final. By placing an order with Apes Motorsports, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued except as expressly stated herein.

    Manufacturing Defects – Limited Exception

    Returns will be considered solely for verifiable manufacturing defects that materially affect the functionality of the product. Any alleged defect must be:

    • Specifically identified,

    • Reported within a reasonable time after delivery, and

    • Reviewed and approved by Apes Motorsports at its sole discretion.

    Approval of a return does not guarantee a refund. Remedies, if approved, may include repair, replacement, or other resolutions as determined by Apes Motorsports.

    Non‑Returnable Conditions

    The following conditions are explicitly excluded from return or refund eligibility:

    • Cosmetic blemishes, surface imperfections, discoloration, or minor scratches, including those incurred during shipping or handling

    • Fitment issues due to incorrect ordering, vehicle modifications, or non‑standard applications

    • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, or environmental exposure

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Any product that has been installed, modified, altered, or used

    Minor cosmetic or functional issues may often be mitigated with assistance from our Customer Service team, subject to reasonable limitations.

    Made‑to‑Order & Custom Products

    All products sold by Apes Motorsports are custom‑produced and made to order based on customer specifications. As such:

    • Products cannot be resold or restocked

    • Returns and cancellations are not permitted once production has begun

    • Customers assume responsibility for confirming compatibility, fitment, and intended use prior to purchase

    Installation Responsibility

    All products must be installed by a qualified professional. Apes Motorsports does not provide installation services and does not guarantee results from any installation method.

    Apes Motorsports assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, failures, or losses caused by:

    • Improper or non‑professional installation

    • Failure to follow product instructions

    • Use beyond intended design or application

    Off‑Road Use Only

    Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all products are intended for off‑road or closed‑course use only.Apes Motorsports does not condone or authorize the use of its products on public roads, highways, or areas subject to traffic laws.

    The customer assumes all risk and responsibility for compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding product use.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apes Motorsports shall not be liable for:

    • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

    • Property damage, personal injury, or loss of use

    • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

    Apes Motorsports’ total liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

    No Additional Warranties

    All products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.

    Indemnification

    By purchasing and using Apes Motorsports products, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Apes Motorsports, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

    • Improper installation or use

    • Violation of laws or regulations

    • Misuse or unintended application of the product

    Acceptance of Terms

    By completing a purchase with Apes Motorsports, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Return Policy and Legal Disclaimers.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected, but typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

    We currently ship to most domestic locations. For international orders, additional shipping time, customs fees, and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
